Cave Spring Gamay Niagara Peninsula 2004
Made from the classic grape of Beaujolais, this wine originates from clay till and gravelly loam soils along the slopes of the Niagara Escarpment and banks of the Niagara River. 
Lighter in style, it offers notes of berries and spice along with nuances of oak and a nicely rounded palate, the result of barrel ageing for several months.
